Do I need to go to a gym?.
No. I can write you a home program. But if you’re local to Rotherham, you get free access to my fully equipped facility.
What if I can’t stick to the plan?
That’s where daily accountability comes in. I’m on your back. We make adjustments. We find what works for YOU.
Do I have to eat chicken and broccoli?
Absolutely not. My clients have burgers and chips on weekends. Steak and chips for dinner. Food you actually enjoy.
How much time does training take?
We work with what you’ve got. As long as you’re putting effort in, we’ll make it work. Ideally four sessions per week, but if you can only do three, we’ll make it work.
What if I’ve failed before?
Good. So have I. Multiple times. That’s how I learned what actually works. Most of my clients have tried and failed before coming to me.
Do I have to do cardio?
No. Just hit your daily step target and do your resistance training. That’s it.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see noticeable changes in 4-6 weeks. Proper transformation takes 6+ months. This isn’t a quick fix.
What if I travel for work?
I have clients who work offshore, travel constantly, have no access to gyms or kitchens. We make it work.
